The main goal of the programmes is to train graduates to be global enterprising researchers who are knowledgeable, skilled and enterprise-oriented. The Masters' and PhD programmers are based on full / part time research study and will cover a wide range of technology specializing in engineering technology.
In general, the IRPS is to implement the vision and mission of UniKL as laid out by the management of the university and that of the Senate of UniKL and will continually work to improve research capabilities of UniKL and make recommendations deemed necessary to attain this goal. Ultimately, IRPS aims to make UniKL as a ‘university of choice', excelling not only in undergraduate teaching but also as ‘a force to be reckoned with' in the area of research and postgraduate training within the Malaysia academic landscape.
